The Ride
Khajuraho and Panna aren't your usual cycling postcard — they're where a thousand years of temple carving meets the last strongholds of the Indian tiger. This is a five-day expedition through UNESCO temple complexes, jungle buffer zones, tribal settlements, waterfalls, and one seriously good NGO pit-stop where you block-print your own souvenir.
Three days of riding, roughly 180-190 km total, through everything from smooth village roads to genuinely off-road jungle trail. Two more days for the region's biggest draw — Panna's tiger reserve — where the cycling stops and the jeep safaris begin.
This one's got a bit of everything: history at Khajuraho and Orchha, adrenaline in the jungle, culture at a tribal settlement, and a campfire dinner under the stars. Pedal to happiness, tiger-country edition.
